This time, we would like to introduce a case of providing harvesting blades for the "automatic harvesting robot for cherry tomatoes." In 2020, Ars's harvesting blades were adopted for the automatic harvesting robot for cherry tomatoes. Initially, the implementing company planned to develop an automatic harvesting robot, including a dedicated blade, but faced difficulties in designing the scissors, which led to delays. Since scissors have two blades, they are more challenging to design compared to single-blade knives or kitchen knives. The implementing company decided to forgo in-house development and requested our company, a manufacturer of agricultural and horticultural cutting tools, to develop the dedicated blades.
